【組織概要】
HPE Managed ServicesのIT Operation Center (ITOC) は、顧客のIT環境において、インフラからアプリケーションまでのワークロードを最適に管理するための運用業務を提供する組織です。
また、社内のグローバル拠点と密接に連携しながら、サービスの価値を最大化し、顧客満足度の向上を目指しています。ITOCは、HPE Managed Servicesの中でも重要な役割を担う組織として、日々進化を続けています。

顧客毎の運用サービスの責任者です。
役職名:MSM: Managed Services Manager
役割サマリ
- 運用アカウントリーダーとして、リモートや客先で運用プロジェクトの管理、調整を行う
- 運用デリバリの準備をメンバーと協調して実施する
- お客様との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客満足を得る
知識およびスキル
- IT技術職経験(システム構築、保守や運用管理など)
- お客様や社内関係者と良好な関係を作り、またデリバリ内容を論理的に説明ができる
- 発生する問題の解決に向けて、主体的な対応を行うことができる
- 経験のない製品、ソリューションに対しても学ぶ姿勢がある
あると望ましい経験や知識、資格
- プロジェクトリーダーの経験、もしくは保守、監視チームでのリーダー経験
- 英語の読み書き、メール等でのコミュニケーション
- Linux, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V等のOS/仮想OSの基礎知識
- ITILファンデーション資格、VCP, LPIC等のベンダー資格
