Job Description:
Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
Responsibilities:

- 作为客户沟通的窗口,协调运维保守团队的工作内容,确保高效、准确的应对
- 在重大或紧急事件发生时,负责升级管理(Escalation Management),统筹应对方案并进行客户沟通
- 在系统导入、构建过程中,从运维角度提供支持,为 IT 环境的持续优化贡献力量
- 作为可信赖顾问(Trusted Advisor),建立并维护与客户的良好关系,持续提升客户满意度;同时推动客户及公司业务的共同发展
Experience Required:
- 5年以上 IT 技术岗位经验(如系统构建、维护、运维管理等)
- 具备日语沟通能力,能够在会议等场景中向客户进行说明
- 具有任务管理、成本管理、新人培训指导(Level 2等)的经验和能力
- 有编写运维保守团队或客户汇报用文档的经验
- 能够主动制定/协调/执行计划,积极解决问题(具备高度的自主性)
- 具备通过培训和实际业务积累技术能力的素质(工程师的能力)
- 具备基础设施相关知识和经验(服务器、网络、存储、操作系统等)
- 熟悉并精通 Linux / Windows / VMware 中至少一种并有相关工作经验
- 对客户使用的产品具备基础知识和应对经验,或具备通过培训与实务学习并掌握相关技能的潜力
Good to have:
- 在运维保守团队有过组长/副组长经验,或具备项目管理经验
- 拥有 ITIL Foundation 证书,或操作系统/数据库等厂商认证资格
- 熟悉运维相关工具(如 ServiceNow 等 ITSM 工具、监控工具)
- 具备英语沟通能力
- 拥有信息安全相关知识
