Job Description:

As a Channel MDF Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s channel marketing operations by managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF). You will work closely with channel partners, distributors, and internal HPE teams to ensure proper allocation, compliance, and tracking of MDF investments. This position combines financial administration, process management, and partner engagement to maximize ROI and support HPE’s go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the end-to-end MDF process, including fund allocation, approval workflows, claims validation, and reimbursements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners regarding MDF processes, policies, and system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with HPE corporate guidelines, audit requirements, and financial controls.
  • Track, monitor, and report on MDF budgets, usage rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with Partner marketing managers, finance, and sales teams to align MDF activities with business priorities.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring transparency of MDF spend and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide training and guidance to partners and distributors on MDF systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to the continuous optimization of MDF operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, finance administration, channel/partner management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing and partner ecosystems in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools; experience with MDF/partner portals is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
