This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

●業務内容
・金融関連顧客の特別保守・運用チーム内の責任者として、チームの統括管理、チームメンバーの管理、顧客調整を行い、デリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
・運用保守チームのデリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
・顧客とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、運用保守チームの活動内容を調整し確実な対応ができるようにコントロールする
・重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う
・システムの導入・構築に際し、運用観点で支援することをサービス範囲とし、IT環境全般の継続的な全体最適化に貢献する
・トラステッドアドバイザーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客の満足を継続する。また顧客との継続的なリレーションを構築し、顧客およびHPEのビジネスに貢献する

●必要知識およびスキル
・5年以上のIT技術職経(システム構築、保守や運用管理など)がある
・大規模、中規模のプロジェクトリーダーの経験、もしくは保守、運用チームでの管理者経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント領域の知識と実務経験
・発生する問題の解決に向けてチームおよび協力会社と、主体的に計画/調整/実行を行うことができる
・保守運用チームや顧客報告で利用されるドキュメントの作成、顧客説明ができる
・Server, Network, Storage, OS,などインフラの基礎知識と対応経験
・Linux、VMware、Database等の基礎知識と対応経験
・OpenShift, GitHubおよびOSS製品の基礎知識と対応経験、もしくは今後これらのテクニカルスキルをトレーニングと実務を通じて身に付けられる素養を持っている

●あると望ましい経験や知識、資格
・ミッションクリティカルなシステムの運用スキル
・ITILファウンデーション資格
・PMP資格
・OSS製品を利用した運用関連ツールの製品知識
・セキュリティ関連の資格
・英語のコミュニケーションスキル

・主に東京都江東区(HPEオフィス)
・自宅からリモート業務
・お客様オフィス
