Job Description:

The AI Strategist will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes and operations into AI-driven workflows, leveraging cutting-edge Agentic AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and interaction, combined with strategic thinking to align AI solutions with business goals. The AI Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration of Agentic AI into the organization's operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:
    • Design and implement AI strategies that align with business goals and long-term objectives.
    • Develop and prioritize a roadmap for integrating Agentic AI technologies across departments and workflows.
  • Agentic AI Development and Integration:
    • Lead the architectural design of Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
    • Work with business teams for detailed requirements; work with development teams for implementation. Potentially may also identify outsourced solution as needed.
    • Assist business teams to integrate Agentic AI solutions into existing business processes and operations.
  • Business Process Transformation:
    • Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
    • Develop AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and challenges.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful AI adoption and integration.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
    • Define metrics for evaluating the effectiveness and performance of AI-driven workflows.
    • Monitor AI systems post-deployment and recommend adjustments to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Training and Change Management:
    • Educate employees and leadership on the capabilities and limitations of Agentic AI systems.
    • Develop training programs to support the adoption of AI-driven workflows and ensure smooth transition to new processes.
  • Risk Management and Ethical AI Practices:
    • Identify potential risks associated with Agentic AI deployment and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and promote fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Knowledge and Skills:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of AI systems, particularly Agentic AI, including autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and decision-making models.
  • Proficiency in AI development tools, frameworks, languages and vector database (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, AutoGen, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI integration technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI).
  • Understanding of data pipelines, data governance, and the role of data in AI workflows.

Strategic and Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Expertise in creating actionable strategies that leverage AI to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving successful AI initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Change Management and Training:

  • Experience implementing organizational change initiatives related to AI adoption.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs for employees to adapt to AI-driven workflows.

Ethical AI and Risk Management:

  • Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience in managing risks related to AI systems, including bias, transparency, and accountability.

Education and Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, development, and integration, with a focus on Agentic AI.
  • Proven track record of successfully transforming business processes using AI-driven solutions.
