Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Seeking a university student actively enrolled in a bachelor’s program of Industrial Engineering / Business Administration, with a background in supply chain . This internship offers hands-on experience in a high-tech environment, supporting real-world supply chain projects and fostering professional growth.

Intern will contribute to various tasks aligned with the plan, source and delivery , including collaboration on team initiatives, problem-solving, and creative thinking to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Management Level Definition:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supply chain processes, such as order backlog analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, and shipping, for a regional or global business unit.
  • Produces reports using IT systems and analyses data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management.
  • Analysis of backlog management.
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • May provide training or general direction for junior staff members.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience( Industrial Engineering / Business Administration)
  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function.( Problem solving knowledge, data analysis, and reporting skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across departments )

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • Strong analytical and data modelling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
  • Developing Project Management Skills.
