Job Family Definition:
Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
Management Level Definition:
Contributions include applying intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and recommendations for appropriate action. Works independently within an established framework and with moderate supervision.
What you'll do:
- Designs limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
- Analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines.
- Executes and writes portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs issues with code and suggests changes or improvements.
- Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem.
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
What you need to bring:
We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in both application development and cloud-native infrastructure. This is a hybrid role where you’ll develop web applications using Python (Django) and React, while also taking charge of containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.
You will also write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash/Shell, and Perl to streamline workflows, improve CI/CD efficiency, and support production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash/Shell, and Perl
- Develop backend services using Python (Django) and responsive UIs using React
- Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries
- Build and deploy applications in Docker containers and orchestrate them using Kubernetes
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory
- Administer and maintain JFrog Artifactory, including repository management, cleanup policies, and user access control
- Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, performance, security, and scalability
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with Python (Django) and React
- Strong experience with Docker and hands-on Kubernetes management (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
- Solid experience in CI/CD pipelines (preferably using Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory)
- Solid experience managing JFrog Artifactory in production environments
- Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash/Shell, and Perl
- Strong exposure to monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
- Ability to take full ownership of features and infrastructure components
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) are a plus
- Familiarity with Helm, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Understanding of secure software delivery practices
