Job Description:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (12 months). Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers you a highly dynamic, fast-paced, professional working environment and the chance to develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business environment. During your internship you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals. Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. Work type: Part time available (Hybrid working model)
What you’ll do :
You will be in charge of reporting and financial analysis to the local country and business unit teams.
You will take part in digitisation and automation of finance activities in the area of reporting as well as assist in developing new applications to help improve current processes, performance and service quality.
You will focus on systems, processes and tools such Power BI dashboard creation and Intelligent Automation implementation to streamline activities across Central Europe Geography and be involved continuous process improvement projects.
You will support financial operations for all EMEA geographies and central functions,
What you’ll need:
Currently enrolled in the 3rd, 4th, or final year in Econometrics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics or similar degree
Excellent communication skills English and Polish
Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Passion for simplification and automation of processes / reports
Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
