This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.

The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of ZyG’s acquisition efforts across both hands-on execution and strategic design.

In this role, you will run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms - owning performance end-to-end - while also defining how performance should be structured and scaled.

You will design frameworks, workflows, and decision-making logic, and translate real campaign insights into systems that will power our AI-driven performance engine. Working closely with Growth, Product, and Leadership, you will operate at the intersection of execution and architecture - turning performance marketing into a scalable, intelligent growth system.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and scale ZyG’s performance marketing infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Define and lead acquisition strategy, including funnel design, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
  • Translate campaign insights into structured inputs that power and improve our AI performance agent.
  • Analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion data to drive decisions and communicate performance to leadership.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, and cross-functional teams (CRO, creative, retention, partnerships) to align and scale growth.
  • Take ownership of KPIs—defining, tracking, and continuously improving them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including at least 2 years managing Meta Ads, with additional experience across Google and TikTok considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven record of driving profitable growth and scaling ad budgets.
  • Strategic mindset with experience (or strong interest) in building systems, not just optimizing campaigns.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Google Analytics and attribution tools.
  • Experience defining KPIs and driving performance against them (not just working toward predefined goals).
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing insights with innovative campaign ideas.
