The Role
Creator Programs Manager at ZYG.
This is an early, high-ownership role on the Creator & Community team, responsible for running creator programs across ZYG's DTC brand portfolio while simultaneously building the operational infrastructure to scale them.
Not a coordinator seat - real ownership from day one.

The Role
Creator Programs Manager at ZYG.
This is an early, high-ownership role on the Creator & Community team, responsible for running creator programs across ZYG's DTC brand portfolio while simultaneously building the operational infrastructure to scale them.
Not a coordinator seat - real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Source, vet, and onboard creators across multiple brand programs using a repeatable, data-informed process
- Own day-to-day creator relationships: briefs, content reviews, deliverable tracking, feedback coordination
- Iterate on the operational backbone; CRMs, creator databases, onboarding flows, campaign trackers, and client-facing reporting
- Leverage automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar) to reduce manual work and enable scale
- Develop SOPs for the full creator lifecycle: discovery → outreach → onboarding → content → performance review → retention
- Track and report on program performance (EMV, CPE, content quality, creator retention, affiliate revenue) and connect output to broader brand growth metrics
- Support multiple program models simultaneously: gifting, affiliate/discount, paid collabs, ambassador and community programs
- 2+ years managing influencer or creator programs
- Proven systems builder: you've set up workflows, automations, or trackers from scratch
- familiarity with the DTC creator landscape, platform nuances, and what actually drives performance
- Comfortable with or eager to learn automation tools like Make, Zapier, Airtable, or Notion
- Ownership mentality
- Understanding of how creator programs connect to paid media and conversion metrics
- Experience with affiliate platforms like LTK
- Comfortable building reports and presenting performance stories to stakeholders
- Experience running ambassador hubs or creator communities at scale
- Ability to adapt quickly across product categories and brand voices
