We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join the Finance team, who lead every facet of our financial operations and provide ongoing response and service to Lightricks employees.

What you will be doing

• Ongoing bookkeeping of company’s financial records (invoices, accounts payable, banks and credit cards reconciliations, etc.).
• Reporting to the Bookkeeping Department Lead.
• Taking part in closing the books monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Assisting external auditors throughout the yearly audit and quarterly reviews.
• Assisting in preparations of the tax reports.

Your skills and experience

• Bookkeeping type 1 and 2 - must
• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping - must
• Experience with Netsuite - must
• High level of expertise in Excel - must
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of English - written and spoken
• Experience in a global company - advantage
