The HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting the business success by being fully dedicated to its people, their needs and their duties. The HR Partner leads the HR activities and helps to develop and implement people management practices, assess organizational needs, focus on employee growth, and support end-to-end HR processes.

What you will be doing

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment process for facilities, operations, and temporary staff from sourcing to onboarding, including contract negotiations and setup with hiring teams.
  • Termination Management: Manage all aspects of the employment termination process, including documentation and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary HR contact for employee support, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • HR Systems Maintenance: Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate and compliant employee records.

Your skills and experience

  • HR Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources management, including hands-on experience with recruitment processes for temporary and permanent staff.
  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven ability to manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using modern HRIS systems and digital HR management tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
