As a Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for supporting the business success of the Product department by being fully dedicated to people, their needs, and their duties. The Senior HR Partner leads the HR activities and helps to develop and implement people management practices, assess organizational needs, focus on employee growth, and support end-to-end HR processes. Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic partner to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and be a part of the Product management team.
  • Be a strategic partner to managers and employees in the Product department
  • Be proactive, assess the main gaps and the areas we should focus on, and build a strategic plan to work with the CPO and the management team which supports the business success.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and individual contributors.
  • Feel the pulse of the department and bring innovative solutions in the realm of employee experience, and put them into action.
  • Manage and lead change initiatives
  • E2E responsibility for HR aspects of the Product department. Focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the teams’ high performance, development, and growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of HRBP experience in fast-growing companies.
  • Experience in high-tech companies - an advantage.
  • Management experience- an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Strong research and analysis abilities. Data-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker, collaborative.
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders.
  • Motivation to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is an advantage).
  • English - high level (writing & communication).
