The team & role
Our L&D-OD Department at Lightricks plays a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Our team is in charge of initiating, designing, rolling out, and overseeing training and development programs across the organization. We collaborate with both our extended HR team and key stakeholders across the company and the entire company, ensuring that our learning strategies are integrated and effective.
This role requires 20 hours per week, with at least 1 full day in the office based in Jerusalem on Monday or Wednesday.
The ideal candidate is currently studying for a masters degree in a relevant field (M.A. in organizational psychology / organizational consulting / MBA with Specialization in Management) and Organizational Behavior, with at least 1 year of studies remaining.What you will be doing
What you will be doing
- Manage, support and oversee learning and development programs including mentorship and professional development initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of learning systems and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze learners’ engagement, tracking usage and effectiveness.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training programs and learning events.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance organizational learning and ensure a smooth process.
Your skills and experience
- A strong preference is given to candidates currently enrolled in a Master's program in Organizational Psychology, Org. Sociology, Org. Consulting, or an MBA with a focus on Behavioral Sciences. Relevant BA students will be considered.
- Experience in a relevant field—such as learning, training, educational mission experience, or team leadership - is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel/ G-Sheet skills for data analysis, reporting, and insights generation - significant advantage.
- Proactive & Independent: Ability to take ownership of projects and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Project Management Skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: A people person who communicates effectively and synchronizes between different stakeholders.
