This position is to join our LTX Studio team in London, LTX Studio is our newest and first AI-lead product, is pioneering the way we share stories. Now, anyone can turn a simple idea into a full production using leading AI algorithms as well as our own proprietary models.
What you will be doing
- Lead a team of product analysts- coaching, challenging, and inspiring them to do the best work of their careers.
- Champion a data-first culture- upskilling cross-functional teams and embedding data fluency into every product conversation.
- Infuse AI into the analytics workflow- enhancing daily work, unlocking faster insights, and strengthening cross-functional partnership.
- Design and oversee A/B testing frameworks- ensuring analytical depth and speed while fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Enable clarity and focus across the organization by developing reporting systems that surface the right insights at the right time, helping teams stay aligned, make faster decisions, and measure what truly matters.
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years in product or data analytics, ideally within fast-moving tech or consumer-focused companies.
- A deep understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, and behavioral analytics.
- Experience leading initiatives or mentoring others, with strong instincts for impact and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you help teams not just see the data, but act on it.
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently explore and manipulate complex datasets.
- Curiosity and comfort with AI tools and concepts, and a desire to use them to improve how we work and what we build.
