The Role

Are you passionate about equity and ready to make a real impact? We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Equity Specialist to join our growing Total Rewards team as we continue to scale. In this role you'll take ownership of our day-to-day equity administration and you'll be a key player in enhancing and streamlining our current processes.

Reporting to our Senior Equity Manager, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Total Rewards and People Operations teams. You'll be the go-to person for employee equity questions and play an important role in helping to create clear educational resources to make equity easier for our teams to understand.

We're looking for someone who’s adept with sensitive data and who’s also genuinely excited to educate and engage our employees. If you're driven by operational excellence and eager for an opportunity to create a significant impact, we're excited to share our plans with you!

What you’ll do:

  • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our employee equity programs and our equity platform, Carta.
  • Generate trusted and insightful reports for our Finance and Payroll teams, as well as for the quarterly Board approvals.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with the People Operations and Payroll teams.
  • Become a resident expert on all things equity, acting as the primary resource for all employee questions.
  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging and educational materials to help our team understand their equity, from onboarding sessions to FAQs and workshops.
  • Champion the value of our equity programs, fostering a culture of understanding and appreciation among our employees.
  • Continuously innovate and improve our equity processes, documentation and tools to support our growth.
  • Analyse sensitive equity data to provide insights that will help guide our decision-making.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with equity plan administration or similar experience in a related field, like law.
  • Expertise: A solid understanding of equity fundamentals (stock options, RSUs, shares, taxation, etc.) and an impeccable eye for detail.
  • An Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. You can break down complex equity concepts for differing audiences.
  • Passion & Drive: A genuine enthusiasm for communicating the value of equity to employees and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
